With an MBA and experience across 87+ countries, she helps organizations build inclusive, high-performing teams by empowering leaders to own their unique strengths. Tania has worked with major companies such as Google, Samsung, and American Express, and her personal experience as a woman of color in leadership drives her passion for creating cultures of belonging and psychological safety.

Tania’s journey began with firsthand struggles as one of the youngest and only women of color in leadership meetings. Feeling unseen and unheard, she set out to change how diversity is approached in the workplace. Her expertise lies in navigating cultural differences and unlocking human potential, and she is renowned for her high-energy, interactive presentations, which provide practical, actionable strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and innovation in organizations.
