Dr. Yossi Sheffi is a globally recognized expert in supply chain management, systems optimization, and risk analysis. As the Elisha Gray II Professor of Engineering Systems at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Dr. Sheffi holds several leadership roles, including Director of the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics and Founder of the MIT SCALE Network, a global network of supply chain and logistics academic centers. His groundbreaking work in education includes launching the highly successful MITx MicroMasters program in supply chain management, which has reached over one million learners in 196 countries.

Dr. Sheffi is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded or co-founded five innovative companies in technology and logistics, including Logistics.com and Syncra Systems, both of which were acquired by industry leaders.
