Seramount’s WorkBeyond Summit brings together senior leaders responsible for shaping the future of work inside their organizations. As AI transforms industries, workforce expectations continue to evolve, and organizations rethink how people and teams operate, leaders are facing increasing pressure to redesign workplace systems for a rapidly changing world.
This event moves beyond conversations around trends and theory. Attendees are seeking practical perspectives and broader insights around workforce evolution, leadership, organizational change, and the future of work itself.
Recent discussions with the Seramount team further refined the keynote direction toward perspectives that extend beyond traditional workplace and HR conversations, with an emphasis on larger questions surrounding the workplace, workforce, and marketplace through 2030 and beyond.
Based on Seramount’s updated direction, we approached this search through multiple lenses.
Rather than focusing narrowly on workplace culture or traditional HR conversations, we identified speakers helping organizations understand broader forces reshaping work itself.
The future of work is no longer one conversation. It sits at the intersection of technology, workforce transformation, organizational redesign, leadership evolution, and human performance.
To reflect that, recommendations were curated across three perspectives:
Future-Focused Thinkers
Examining the technological, economic, and societal forces reshaping organizations through 2030 and beyond.
Leadership & Organizational Transformation Voices
Helping leaders build organizations capable of adapting during periods of change and uncertainty.
Human Performance Experts
Focused on sustaining engagement, focus, resilience, and exceptional performance inside increasingly complex workplaces.

She later spent a decade as the in-house economist at Business News Network (BNN), Canada's equivalent of CNBC, where she became known for making complex economic and workforce issues understandable and actionable.
Today Linda is an accomplished author, columnist, podcast host, and thought leader whose work explores how economics, demographics, labor markets, and technological disruption intersect. She serves as a Senior Fellow at the Macdonald Laurier Institute and hosts the podcast Work and the Future.

WorkBeyond attendees are tasked with preparing organizations for workforce challenges that extend beyond internal culture conversations. Linda brings a broader economic lens that helps audiences understand the larger forces shaping work itself—from labor markets and demographics to technology and global trends.
The world is changing and so is the very notion of “work”. For years we have been told that our aging workforce will mean a shortage of workers in many industries. More recently, the narrative has changed to one where AI and robots do everyone’s work, and there are not enough jobs to go around. Which view of the future is correct? More important, how will our lives and organizations change as we navigate the changing realities?
In this much-requested presentation based on her book of the same title, Linda Nazareth casts an economist’s eye to the way the big trends are changing our world. From looking at the way global change, demographics, and technology are coming together to reshape the work world through to examining the challenges for individuals, businesses, and governments, she sketches a vision that is both unsettling and exciting.
Trade, tariffs, U.S., oil prices, interest rates, population change, currency markets, the markets and more – what is the big picture and how do you make the right decisions to stay ahead of the curve? How do you fit into the mix – and how do you plan for your own industry and investments in a world that is seemingly in turmoil?
In this timely presentation Linda Nazareth looks at the economic outlook, the opportunities in the face of challenges, and the way that the larger picture will affect your own business interests.
From technological disruption to shifting demographics to climate issues, huge forces are at play and they are causing the world we know to morph into a new one.
What are the trends taking today into tomorrow, and how can organizations best prepare for what is ahead?
In Economorphics, Linda Nazareth talks about the dozens of things she sees happening, and the challenges and opportunities they present to the economy, labor market, and financial markets—and to your industry as well.

As organizations continue redesigning how work happens, many leaders face a growing challenge: more demands, more complexity, and fewer resources. Elisabeth offers a practical and refreshing perspective on sustainable performance by helping audiences rethink productivity and focus on work that creates meaningful impact.
Peak performance and productivity expert Elisabeth Leamy helps individuals and organizations do exceptional work by adopting her counterintuitive prioritizing system. The barrier to greatness is having too many competing priorities. Priority overload is paralyzing for people and costly for companies. Ironically, the best intentioned are the most affected. But “when everything’s a priority, nothing’s a priority.”
This causes a devastating domino effect for employees, executives, and their companies. Employees who burn out and quit. Leaders who don’t get a chance to lead. And organizations that inadvertently put their core business at risk.
There’s a simple solution to this complicated problem: The TRIoritize Technique™, her method for cutting through the clutter to identify your true purpose and top priorities so you can accomplish great things.
But you don’t have to take Elisabeth’s word for it. She shares fascinating brain science and riveting business stories revealing why her counterintuitive system works.
• Zoom in on the right priorities using TALENT, REWARD, IMPACT
• Pursue priorities with GOOD, BETTER or BEST effort
• Minimize busy work and maximize deep work
• Trade doing more work for more important work
• Reallocate resources toward exceptional results
How teams/employees/individuals can prioritize their time and assignments, be more effective, less stressed and do exceptional work.
In this enlightening yet entertaining talk tailored for employees, peak performance and productivity expert Elisabeth Leamy shares her simple TRI Tool for sifting through competing priorities to set yourself up for excellence. Priority overload makes it difficult for employees to decipher what matters most to their organizations. Consequently, well-intentioned teams often devote time to bureaucratic work instead of the brain work they were hired to do. Disengagement and absenteeism go up. Motivation and performance go down. Soon employees are stressed out, next burned out, then...they leave. It’s a terrible waste of time and talent that costs millions.
Research shows there is a direct line that leads from prioritizing to peak performance and productivity. Elisabeth coaches teams to ensure all of their work meets a baseline quality threshold, while redirecting resources to the most important projects to make them shine. Equally important: she reminds employees how their role connects to the organization’s higher purpose. The TRIoritize Technique is so clear that teams are already planning how to conquer their competing priorities and amp up their productivity and performance before Elisabeth steps off the stage.
How to use The TRIoritize Technique at both ends of the spectrum: to tamp down burnout and amp up achievement.
This practical yet inspirational keynote shows audiences a totally different way to approach work that is less stressful—and more effective. Peak performance and productivity expert Elisabeth Leamy introduces a contrarian approach that helps audiences carve out space and time they can use to do better work—or to achieve better work-life balance. We have been taught since we were toddlers: “Always do your best.” Elisabeth’s alternative message is that all of our work must be GOOD. Much of it will be BETTER. And that allows us to conserve time and energy to make our BEST exceptional.
Hard work alone does not cause burnout. Occupational psychologists have found the recipe is hard work + lack of control + inadequate resources + disappointing results. The TRIoritize Technique addresses all of these morale-killers. Elisabeth’s system gives people control over their level of effort. It reallocates our existing resources so that we invest our BEST in worthy goals that actually matter. And it reframes our results: If we make our less important work “good enough” on purpose instead of by accident, that same exact work is a success instead of a failure!

Aubrey brings a systems lens that aligns naturally with WorkBeyond’s broader theme of redesign. Rather than approaching challenges through isolated initiatives, her work challenges organizations to rethink how structures, processes, and technologies are built in the first place.
Hiring is one of the highest-stakes decisions an organisation makes — and increasingly, AI is in the room when we make it. From résumé screening to candidate scoring to interview analysis, the tools promising to make recruiting faster and more objective are everywhere. But faster isn't the same as fairer. And "objective" is often just bias with better branding.
As someone who has spent her career at the intersection of equity, technology, and organisational design, Aubrey Blanche has watched HR and recruiting become one of the most consequential — and under-examined — frontiers of AI ethics.
You'll leave with a practical ethical framework for evaluating AI tools, a set of questions to pressure-test any vendor's claims, and the confidence to push back when something doesn't feel right — even when the ROI deck looks compelling.
How many organizations, processes, and products are poorly designed or produce real-world harm because the right voices weren't let into the room where the building...happens? How much money has been spent on “diversity & inclusion” while companies remain homogenous and underrepresented employees struggle to thrive?
Funding external partnerships and PR don’t address daily microaggressions underrepresented employees face, while unconscious bias training has been shown to potentially increase bias in the workplace. An almost singular focus on women in the workplace has left women of color behind, erased the experience of people with disabilities, and left almost everyone with “diversity fatigue”.
Progressive business leaders are questioning many traditional “best practices” that haven’t shown to have a positive impact on employees, and are building new, data-informed, and intersectional strategies to truly move the needle.
Join The Mathpath Aubrey Blanche, Director of Equitable Design & Impact at Culture Amp, to learn how you can evolve your programs to create fair experiences for every employee and build better, safer products.
The keynote may be adjusted to focus on DEI strategy, talent processes, collaboration (meetings & 1:1s), and/or product development.
