Ice Miller’s firm wide Heritage and History Month events are 1-hour virtual sessions hosted via Microsoft Teams, with an audience of approximately 75+ attendees. Our goal is to foster continuous learning about different heritages and cultures, recognizing that a diverse team—one that brings varied perspectives and cultural insights—drives creativity, fuels innovation, and strengthens relationships.

Dr. Froswa’ Booker-Drew is the President and CEO of Soulstice Consultancy, where she provides philanthropic guidance, community engagement strategies, leadership development, and organizational culture support to companies and nonprofits. She is the founder of the Reconciliation and Restoration Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to amplifying and funding the work of Black‑led organizations, and co‑founder of HERitage Giving Circle—one of the first Black women’s giving circles in the state of Texas.
An adjunct faculty member at Tulane University and a research affiliate at Antioch University, Dr. Booker-Drew is also the author of four books, including her most recent, Front Porch Wisdom: Navigating Leadership Pressures and Barriers as a Woman of Color, an award‑recognized work that centers the lived experiences, faith, and leadership journeys of women of color. Through her writing, teaching, and speaking, she is widely respected for her work on social capital, belonging, and building communities rooted in purpose and equity.
