Event Focus
This year's Summit centers on The Human Advantage: Resilience, Reinvention, and Leadership in the Age of AI. Rather than a technical look at artificial intelligence, Seramount is looking for a keynote that speaks to the emotional and human side of this moment: how leaders build resilience amid constant change, reinvent themselves and their organizations, and lead with empathy, adaptability, and courage. AI provides the backdrop for the conversation, not the subject of it.
The ideal keynote speaker will help this senior, executive-level audience step back from the technology itself and reconnect with the human skills that matter most right now, leaving them inspired, energized, and with a renewed sense of purpose. This is not a fit for an AI expert or futurist; it calls for someone whose story and message center on people.
