The HRA Annual Conference is a one-day gathering by HR professionals, for HR professionals—a thoughtfully curated experience that blends learning, connection, and inspiration. Backed by Bennie, a modern benefits brokerage, HR Advisory is a rapidly growing national community of more than 11,000 HR leaders across industries.

Each year, HRA brings together 400–430 HR professionals from across the United States—primarily senior-level leaders from small to midsize organizations (100–500 employees). The day features two dynamic keynotes, actionable breakout sessions, and interactive roundtables focused on the most current challenges and opportunities in HR, including AI, change management, culture, communication, neuroscience, and leadership development.

The 2026 conference returns to California for its fifth year, promising a high-energy, connection-driven environment intentionally designed to be low-sales and high-value.
