At age 39 upon listening to a friends story of being a Domestic Violence and Sexual assault survivor, I realized nearly 20 years earlier I had experienced the same thing. This talk details how a combination of lack of self worth and rarity of public discussion surrounding male Domestic Violence survivors kept severe trauma repressed and how that affected my life.
Those choosing this keynote will be getting an extremely raw and passionate talk meant to start discussions around Men's Mental Health.
